Aldo, Lino, Jacques, Charlot and Simon, swindlers at the small week, realize that the money is not any more where the gangsters were accustomed to finding it and decide to pass with what appears to them most lucrative in these disturbed times: the policy, show business… In the line of May 68 and great revolutionary dashes, changes of manners and other awakenings political, Claude Lelouch carries out one of his best films, parody jubilatoire and shifted, criminal conspiracy débrouillards and opportunist camped by the fine flower of then, of Jacques Brel in Lino Ventura, while passing through Charles Denner, Charles Gerard and Aldo Maccione, who will invent his famous rolling gait here.
